Computer-to-plate (plate setters) - unbeatable print standards

With our two Heidelberg Platesetters, CTP offers customers impeccable quality as it side-steps the analogue film process to burn plates directly from the original file.

This allows customers:

  • Improved lead times, both in skipping the need for a repro agency visit and in machine make-ready time
  • Implicit cost savings, especially for book and magazine publishers, or for large brochure work, where positives form a significant part of the budget
  • Make plates directly from the original file, and hence eliminate any quality loss in a 2nd generation dot
